By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages related to account activity, service interactions, system notifications, and AI-generated responses based on your usage.

By providing your mobile number and using our service, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from SMSync Innovations. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on user interaction. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out & Help (Carrier-Preferred Language)

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:

• STOP to unsubscribe

• HELP for support information

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages unless you re-opt in.

Carrier Disclaimer

SMS delivery is subject to availability and reliability of third-party carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, those participating in A2P messaging networks (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile). Carrier participation may change without notice.

Refund & Billing Policy

All fees charged by SMSync Innovations are non-refundable, including subscription fees and SMS usage charges, except where required by law.

SMS usage charges are incurred upon message submission or attempted delivery and cannot be reversed, regardless of delivery outcome.

Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the charge. Charges not disputed within this timeframe are deemed accepted.

Customers are responsible for all charges associated with authorized use of their account, including messages sent to opted-in phone numbers.

Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not entitle customers to refunds for prior billing periods or unused messages.
